To expedite the check in process, you can learn about the take out point here so you can properly identify it before your arrival.  The first is a Photo Sphere you can check out the whole surround area as if you were standing there.  There is also Pics below it to show you important points to look for to see it.

This is a graph that shows the current conditions of the Cannon River Height.  The river height does not affect Biking or Lake activities.  Follow the below legend to know what river heights affect the River activities.

6.0' and below is good for all activities.
6.0' - 7.0' is good for rafting only.
7.0' and higher the River is closed.

this trip runs from our Cannon Falls Canoe and Bike rental facility in cannon falls and travels down to our private landing in welch, mn.  the trip has about a 4 hour float time for canoes and kayaks, and about a 5 hour float time for rafts (pending river height and how much you paddle).  feel free to stop and enjoy nature as the river travels through southern mn, we don't have any time limits set for your trip.  our typical last pick ups for the day is around 6-7 pm each day.  ​
